“Indica Vista D90”
Tata has launched the Indica Vista with a new diesel engine option, Vista Quadrajet90. The car is launched in two variants, VX & ZX+ with a price tag of 5.99 lakh(ex-showroom Delhi) for VX & 6.83lakh(ex-showroom Delhi) for ZX+.
The Vista D90 interiors get replacement with the Manza sedan, that elevates the comfort feel inside the cabin. The car is now loaded with many comfort & safety features.
VX is the standard model while the ZX+ model is loaded with ABS & EBD, Auto Climate Control, Touch screen multimedia system with GPS navigation, Advanced Driver Information System which shows current mileage, fuel to empty & the temprature outside. The D90 is also equipped with Electric ORVM’S.
Although car exterior doesnt have any major significant changes, Only the black roof & D90 badge on the boot distinguish it from the standard Vista. However a buyer can also opt for side skirt & bumpers kit which adds a power packed sporty look to the car.
The Baronial change in the car is under the hood. Tata has redefined the 1.3 lt MJD engine with Variable geometry Turbocharger which produces 90 bhp & 200 nm of torque. The engine doesn’t need much introduction as Manza sedan is powered by the same engine too. Some minor tweaks have also being done on suspension & fuel tank capacity is of 44 litres which is 7 litres more than the vista Quadrajet75. Vista D90 VX available only in ‘Spice Red’ color.
At this price Vista D90 is ready to blow the Premium Diesel Hatchback market in the country.Tata will surely grab some customers from its rival HYundai i20 CRDI & Punto90 Sport.
